Please read these terms carefully. By using SaltLakeCityInCourt you agree to them.

1. What we are

We compile and present publicly available court, warrant, and booking information for convenience. We are not a court, a law firm, or a consumer reporting agency, and we provide no legal advice. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate — always verify with the official court before relying on it.

2. Memberships & billing

Some features require a paid membership. We offer individual plans (a one-time day pass, or monthly and yearly subscriptions) and professional plans (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the Store and charged through our payment processor, Stripe.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel any subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and no further automatic payment will be made. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current period. The one-time day pass does not renew and simply expires after 24 hours.

4. Professional search & lawful use

Professional accounts can search defendant records. You agree to use this data only for lawful purposes. You will not use it:

to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — we are not a consumer reporting agency and this data may not be used as a consumer report;
to discriminate against any person on the basis of a protected characteristic (including race, ethnicity, sex, religion, national origin, or disability);
to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person.

Professional searches are logged for compliance. Misuse will result in termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.

5. No legal advice

Outcome reports and predictions are historical patterns compiled for general information. They are not a prediction of any specific case, not a guarantee, and not legal advice. Every case is different — consult a qualified attorney.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
